WHY DO PILATES

Is Pilates something you have always wanted to try? Whats holding you back ?

Is it the thought that you don't know what you are doing and that you will feel intimidated to enter a class where you think everyone else knows what they are doing ? Or will you be all limbs and wont be able to do the moves ?

Even as a pilates instructor I can still feel like this going into a class, but I know from experience that no one is looking at me, as they are all too busy looking at the instructor or concentrating on their own moves.

You just need to do a class and the benefits will amaze you, and I guarantee you will return. Pilates improves your posture while you focus on your body alignment, your breath and your core muscles ...and yes you do get a workout.

If you practice Pilates regularly, it will change how you feel.

Most of my clients walk out feeling taller, and more then happy to contact me the next day telling me how they can feel their muscles.

Pilates helps improves balance, tone muscle and posture.

My advice is.... Just try Pilates
